At Icon Body Jewelry, we prioritize your safety and satisfaction. Due to the hygienic nature of body jewelry, we accept returns on unworn, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your jewelry is still in its original, heat-sealed tamper-evident packaging; for hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the sealed item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the sealed jewelry in a padded bubble mailer to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method; once inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
